Return tables play a crucial role in optimizing conveying and improving the productivity of deburring and finishing machines. By automatically returning parts to the front of the machine, they enable a continuous flow, reduce downtime, and allow for single-operator operation. Constructed from stainless steel, they offer excellent durability and are suitable for all finishing, deburring, and edge rounding applications.
Their design, with a 180° curve and linear cross-section, ensures smooth conveying, even for the most delicate parts. The conveyor speed is independently adjustable, and the safety systems are synchronized with those of the deburring machine for simple, reliable, and completely safe operation.
The rear tables, also made of stainless steel, serve as a buffer zone. They collect the output parts when the operator is not available to retrieve them, ensuring continuous feeding of the machine and improving the overall efficiency of the production line.
