When mounting the aluminum brackets onto individual parts, automation can be easily and cost-effectively implemented. Depending on the automation requirements, the system can be operated in semi-automatic mode or, with appropriate upgrades, in fully automatic mode. The aluminum brackets and screws are automatically fed, positioned, and tightened. The various positions can be selected manually using
hand cranks or via computer control.
