Dry deburring machine – Series 22
The Series 22 deburring machine is designed for dry deburring and finishing of metal parts. Versatile, it is available in three working widths: 900 mm , 1050 mm , and 1280 mm . It can be equipped with up to three units, thus meeting a wide range of applications. Suitable for parts coming off laser, plasma, or oxy-fuel cutting, it guarantees a consistent result in a single pass while reducing operating costs.
Introducing Series 22
The 22 series stands out for its simplicity, robustness, and longevity. It effectively eliminates irregularities in laser-cut parts while maintaining low operating costs. Various configurations are possible, each offering specific advantages: abrasive belts allow for deburring and finishing in a single pass, while multi-technique brushes work the surface and round edges. Adding a finishing brush at the output ensures a high-quality aesthetic result, and this is just a glimpse of its capabilities.
Steel parts produced by plasma or oxy-fuel cutting often have significant burrs, known as slag. Because removing these burrs with abrasive belts is complex, Timesavers developed the Hammerhead unit. This specific technology allows for the rapid removal of slag, guaranteeing considerable time savings.
Main features
- Removal of vertical burrs on punched, laser-cut and waterjet-cut parts
- Materials that can be treated: stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, etc
- Deburring and surface finishing in a single pass using multiple units
- Rounding of edges using nylon brushes, flap brushes or small (multi-disc) brushes
- Removal of metallic slag with the hammerhead unit (H)
- Finishing by grinding/brushing
- Dust extraction systems operating dry or under water spray, and top-mounted connections
- Very low operating costs and high production capacity.
