Entrance Door Assembly and Testing Station – RU-HKS
The RU-HKS-83°/90° entrance door mounting and inspection station features 83° and 90° tilt positions and a device for mounting packaging panels. It includes a folding pressure bar (selectable on the left or right) and a second manually adjustable pressure bar, guided up and down by racks, ensuring parallel pressure during clamping. The clamping beam has a height of 2400 mm and a clamping range of 300–3000 mm. A pneumatic tilting device offers vertical tilt positions at 83° and 90°. The hanging device consists of a 200 mm lifting mechanism. Continuous height adjustment is achieved using a rotary manual valve.
Integration into your workshop
The positioning device for the packaging boards consists of two lifting cylinders mounted on each pressure beam. These push the frame into the desired position. The packaging boards are screwed to the frame through screw channels in the pressure beams.
