Window glazing station with vacuum suction plate – RU-SGVP

The RU-SGVP glazing station for casement windows is available as a pure lifting station or a tilting table. Both versions are equipped with a vacuum suction plate with suction openings that can be individually closed using pressure valves. During the suction process, the film is positioned in the middle of the glass pane to prevent breakage. The vacuum is created only at the outer edge of the glass. Seal compression can only be guaranteed if the casement window is lying flat and no openings, such as a decorative groove or a break in the seal, allow air to infiltrate. The plate measures 3200 mm x 2000 mm.
