The ML200 is a brushing, sanding, and exterior finishing machine designed for straight or bent, round or oval tubes from Ø 20 to 205 mm . Equipped with an anti-rotation system , it guarantees a consistent and uniform finish, even on the widest sections. Robust and versatile, it can be equipped with an automatic feed , a speed variator , and feed rollers for high-volume production.
Introducing the ML200
The ML200 is an industrial machine for sanding, brushing, and external finishing, tubes straight or bent, and oval, roundwith a wide diameter range from Ø 20 mm to Ø 205 mm.
Thanks to its universal system that prevents tube rotation, it guarantees a consistent and professional finish, even on large sections. Its robust design makes it a suitable solution for workshops performing heavy or regular work on large-diameter tubes.
The ML200 can operate:
- with automatic feed, ideal for straight tubes and long production runs;
- or in manual mode, perfect for bent tubes or special parts.
It is equipped with CE safety features:
- magnetic crankcase closure detector,
- pedal for unlocking the wheel and quickly opening the belts,
- mechanical and ergonomic protections.
