RC200 Mirror sanding and polishing machine for tubes Ø 10-254 mm
The RC200 is a versatile machine for sanding, brushing, and mirror polishing tubes up to Ø 254 mm. Thanks to its quick-change for contact rollers, wire brushes, and cotton wheels, it provides a complete finish on a single machine. The RC200 operates dry or with water and features an adjustable automatic feed, ensuring a consistent, stable, and highly productive finish.
Introducing the RC200
The RC200 performs the three key stages of tube finishing:
- Sanding
- Brushing
- Mirror polishing
The machine allows for easy switching between abrasive belts, brushes, and cotton wheels thanks to its quick-change system. It is suitable for workshops working with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, as well as for manufacturers of railings, metal furniture, and decorative parts.
Thanks to theadjustable automatic feed rate of up to 5 m/min, the tubes move smoothly and stably through the finishing station.
