RU-VGPA – RU-TE Tabletop Door Panel Installation Station
The RU-TE two-surface mounting station is longitudinally mobile and can be secured at any location using a foot brake. The guide rail length is customized to the customer's requirements and is fixed to the floor in front of the press or tilting table. The station's overall height in its standard configuration is 3500 mm (when the stroke is extended) and it is designed for doors up to 2300 mm high. The electronic lifting device has a stroke of 250 mm. It allows the operator to easily position the door leaf hinge above or between the counter-piece on the door frame.
Integration into your workshop
The two support surfaces consist of a total of four support bars, each 1400 mm wide, and are covered with felt. The lower roller conveyors are equipped with 50 mm diameter plastic rollers spaced 150 mm apart. During installation, the door is held in place by an adjustable fastening device. Its angle can be further adjusted to compensate for unevenness in the hall floor.
