Vertical workstation with turning device.
Particularly suitable for glazing and exterior and interior silicone coating of wooden window and door panels.
Technical specifications
- Backrest covered in felt.
- Pneumatic lifting device, stroke of 300mm – 1000mm, depending on the level of the roller conveyor.
- Leaf reversing device (opening shutter) for silicone application and inspection on the inner and outer face.
- Roller conveyor, 150mm wide.
- 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders to tighten the window onto the tilting device.
- Version with retractable reversing device to transfer the leaves over the reversing flap.
- Storage box to hang in the roller conveyor (optional).
