Tilting assembly station for finishing sliding doors – RU-MK-HS with RSG

The RU-MK-HS tilting assembly table with RSG for sliding/lifting doors consists of a fixed frame with a work platform and two movable frames, one for left-hand tilting and one for right-hand tilting, each with a work platform. The felt-covered work platforms are height-adjustable from 2100 mm to 3200 mm and length-adjustable from 3000 mm to 10000 mm. The tilting motion is achieved using pneumatic cylinders controlled by a foot pedal, from horizontal to a maximum angle of 90°. Mounting plates are provided for installation. The vertical distance from the floor is adjustable from 100 mm to 150 mm. The tilting assembly table has a load capacity of 400 kg.
