Tilting table for mounting door leaves – RU-TMK
The RU-TMK workstation is ideal for heavy workpieces machined horizontally or vertically, both internally and externally. It features a tilting table with two pneumatic cylinders and a 150 kg load capacity. Two 1200 mm long side rails, manually height-adjustable, are available with felt, brushes, or rubber strips. Two support plates, pivoting into the horizontal tilting position, are located in the roller conveyor area. The vertical turning device consists of a roller conveyor with a 180° rotation mechanism, stable telescopic guides to the left and right, and a horizontal clamping unit. To turn the workpiece from the inside out, it is tilted from the horizontal to the vertical position at an angle of 83°.
Integration into your workshop
The element is positioned and clamped onto the pneumatic clamping units. The roller conveyor with the clamped element is removed, rotated 180°, and pulled back. The clamping devices are then released, and the element is positioned on the support beams. The clamping unit consists of two pairs of clamping cylinders arranged horizontally within the roller conveyor area, which can be adjusted according to the element's width. On the side, there is a pneumatically height-adjustable clamping unit with two horizontally arranged clamping cylinders. The clamping height is approximately 1100 mm above the roller conveyor, and the clamping range accommodates element thicknesses from 50 to 120 mm.
