The MLW100 is an industrial machine for sanding, brushing, and finishing external surfaces, specifically designed for straight or bent, round, oval, or conical tubes with diameters from 8 to 114 mm.
Its universal anti-rotation system ensures a consistent and uniform finish, even with repeated passes. The MLW100 is equipped with a closed-circuit coolant system, which eliminates dust, efficiently cools the work area, and results in a superior surface finish, particularly on stainless steel, aluminum, or brass.

Introducing the MLW100
The MLW100 machine sanding, brushing, and exterior finishing specifically designed for straight or bent, round, oval, or conical tubes.
The machine is equipped with a head featuring two abrasive belts that can operate dry or with water on raw tubes fresh from laser cutting.
Photoelectric cells for automatic belt opening/closing are available as an option.
A magnetic sensor controls the wheel housing closure.
The wheel is unlocked and the belts are opened via a foot pedal.
The machine is equipped with a dust (mud) filtration system with integrated filter paper fixed within the machine frame.
