Wing clamping press – RU-FSPAI

The RU-FSPAI gate frame is precisely aligned and secured using external and internal vertical tensioners. The external tensioners are positioned to ensure a 120 mm clearance for the corner hinge between the support rollers and the tension arms. The external tensioners are also 120 mm deep. Both the external and internal tensioners are positioned using pneumatic cylinders operated by push buttons.

The tension bar is adjusted manually in the X direction. The installation unit has a recess 80 mm wide and 60 mm deep on both the left and right sides. The support surface consists of six rubber roller bars and is 2500 mm high. The roller spacing ensures smooth movement of the glass panels. The height of the support rollers is adjustable.
