Technical Specifications
- Dual-Sided Machining Center with Automatic Loading and Unloading
- Simultaneously performs point-to-point hardware notching and hinge screwing along door edges.
- Composed of two frames: lock side and hinge side, mounted on a transverse floor frame.
- The hinge-side frame is movable to adjust to door width.
- The lock-side frame is pivot-mounted to accommodate any lack of door parallelism, ensuring accurate hinge recess depth for latch and multipoint locking systems.
- Lock-side frame equipped with two carriages:
- 1 lateral 3-axis carriage for horizontal and top vertical machining units.
- 1 underside 3-axis carriage for bottom vertical machining units.
- Hinge-side frame equipped with a 4-axis carriage for machining and screwing units for hinges.
- Multiple framing and clamping device models available to suit client needs.
Integrated Hyperion Post-Processor:
- Automatically generates part programs from part IDs and ERP data via the Human-Machine Interface.
- Hyperion includes an editor for programming machining elements with a 3D display simulator.
