Side clamping press with winding device – RU-FSPB-AR
The RU-FSPB-AR door clamping press is equipped with a brush plate device and two pneumatically folding clamping bars. The clamping bars fold pneumatically from the rear through slots in the brush plates and clamp the door leaf from the outside. If the door leaves are less than 1200 mm wide, a third clamping bar can be pneumatically positioned, allowing two leaves to be clamped simultaneously.
Integration into your workshop
The support rollers are made of steel. Two rubber roller bars are mounted above the support rollers. The beam to which the winding device is attached is guided up and down by a linear guide and can be moved manually. The pressure device is guided by a linear guide and kept in balance during the up and down movement by a balancer.
The glass is pneumatically pressed horizontally and vertically using a 90° pivoting rubber roller, which can be manually moved. The pressure is adjustable via a pressure gauge. Optionally, the press can be equipped with a 500 mm lifting device.
