Preparation for the corresponding electrical authorization certificate.
Enabling the employer to issue an authorization certificate.

To be able to:

• Identify electrical hazards and adopt appropriate behavior for the situation.
• Prepare and direct the work.
• Mark and monitor the area of ​​operations.
• Identify, verify and implement collective and individual protective equipment.
• Carry out or supervise non-electrical work in the vicinity of a live or isolated electrical installation.
• Mastering the handling of equipment and tools in an electrical environment.
• Perform a general BT intervention.
• Perform a one-step and two-step lockout/tagout procedure.
• Prepare documents specific to the operations and report on the intervention.
• Apply the safety instructions for testing (for the "Testing" attribute).

According to the provisions of the labor code, and more specifically article R 4544-10, as well as the technical rules contained in the UTE standard NF C 18510.

Good command of the language in which the training is delivered.
A diploma in electrical engineering or extensive experience in the field is required.

Electrician or electromechanical technician responsible for carrying out or directing work or interventions, and for performing low-voltage lockouts/tagouts.
Persons performing non-electrical work in the vicinity of a low-voltage or high-voltage electrical installation (in a simple proximity zone).

Practical part (know-how):

• Conduct a comprehensive risk analysis.
• In the context of a low voltage intervention, proceed with a partial lockout/tagout.
• In the context of LV work, proceed with a general lockout/tagout.

• 3 days (21 hours), theory: 16 hours, practice: 5 hours.
