INITIAL TRAINING ELECTRICAL AUTHORIZATION Non-electrician BS, BE MANOEUVRE, B0

Operational objectives

Preparation for the corresponding electrical authorization certificate.
Enabling the employer to issue an authorization certificate.

To be able to:

  • Identify low-voltage electrical hazards and adopt appropriate behavior for the situation.
  • Perform simple troubleshooting (basic operations) with the power off, replace components with identical ones (BT fuse, bulb, switch, shutter, convector).
  • Carry out or supervise non-electrical work in the vicinity of a live or isolated electrical installation.
  • Mark and monitor the area of ​​operations.
  • Mastering the handling of equipment and tools in an electrical environment.

Regulatory obligations

According to the provisions of the labor code, and more specifically article R 4544-10, as well as the technical rules contained in the UTE standard NF C 18510.

Prerequisites and practical advice

Good command of the language in which the training is provided.

Practical advice:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Meeting room (in-house).

Target audience

Individuals required to perform basic electrical replacement and connection work or circuit breaker operation in areas restricted to electricians.
Individuals required to perform non-electrical work in areas restricted to electricians in a simple proximity zone (construction site workers, sales representatives, masons, painters, locksmiths, security guards).

Access procedures and deadlines for training

  • Upon request by phone, email, or website.
  • Via the pre-registration form (inter-training) and upon validation of the positioning form.
  • Deadline according to the schedule of inter-sessions: 1 week before the start of the training.
  • Timeframe for in-house sessions: to be agreed upon together.

Training program

Theoretical part (knowledge):

  • Regulatory and normative context.
  • Basic concepts of electricity.
  • Analysis of risks related to electricity.
  • Operations and authorization levels.
  • Prevention of risks related to electricity.
  • BT intervention.
  • Maneuvers.
  • Fires and accidents of electrical origin.

Practical part (know-how):

  • Conduct a comprehensive risk analysis and comment on it.
  • To proceed with the marking, reinforce it, justify it.
  • Check personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform a power-off upgrade and perform a VAT.
  • Exchange documents related to the operation.
  • Identify and reset a circuit breaker.

Duration

  • 2 days (14 hours), theory: 10 hours, practice: 4 hours.
  • Sign-in per half-day.

Trainers recognized for their pedagogical and technical skills and possessing extensive field experience.

Methods used

  • Multimedia presentations, practical case studies, exchanges and feedback.
  • Practical exercises and hands-on activities on a teaching installation.

Evaluation methods

  • Theoretical assessment using a multiple-choice questionnaire.
  • Assessment of know-how through practical workshops, case studies and simulations (assessment grid).

Number of participants

  • Intra: 1 minimum and 10 maximum per session.
  • Intermediate: 3 minimum and 8 maximum per session.
